Our Team

Who is the Coco Team?

Meet the Founders

Our lived experience of hidden disability, neurodivergence, ethnic minority identity, and being female carers of fierce, strong-willed daughters gives us a unique lens on resilience, emotional agility, and transformation. We understand the complexity of human behaviour—both the barriers to change and the powerful potential for growth.

We don’t do tick-box training. We facilitate real change—creating safe, brave spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to unlock their full potential.

Cordie Gwilym
Behavioural Change Expert | Professional Coach

🌱 Cordie was born an adoptee in a small, white, German town, struggling with identity and belonging she rebelled against authority, norms and injustice. Her determined nature turned into a relentless drive to challenge the very systems prevented her from feeling seen and supported.

With a career in complex behavioural change, she has led interventions for those navigating domestic abuse, addiction, criminality, and mental health struggles. Cordie is a qualified Social Worker, a Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coach, and a specialist in trauma-informed coaching and leadership development.

“A Nigerian entrepreneur at heart, I love start-up businesses and have been successful in grant and angle funding for several projects and ventures.

I’m a Mum of three girls and the most quiet moments in my life are when I’m in my happy place, on the back of a horse.”

Lyndsey Lynch
Behavioural Change Expert | Professional Coach

🌟 Lyndsey’s journey began with adversity—homeless at 16, a mother at 18, and determined to change the system from within. Starting as a housing support worker, she rose to Director of a leading charity, managing a £4M portfolio of private sector property.

Lyndsey transformed the landlord-tenant dynamic, securing safe, stable homes for individuals facing complex challenges—including mental health struggles, substance misuse, and high-risk behaviours. Lyndsey is a qualified Positive Intelligence (PQ) coach and expert in behavioural change facilitation, influence and persuasion, shifting perspectives at every level—from customer support to executive decision-making.

Lyndsey holds a ILM Diploma in Coaching, BA Hons in Business and Social Administration, a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Leisure, and certification in Motivational Interviewing and Co-production.

“I recharge and re-energise spending time in Wales with my husband, keeping busy running a small holiday let and if I disappear midday I’m probably out walking or wild water swimming.”

Mia Gwilym
Admin and Marketing Support

🚀 Mia keeps Coco Operative running smoothly, juggling emails, websites, and social media with the efficiency of a seasoned pro—all while still being in sixth form! When she’s not keeping us organised, she’s editing videos, supporting events, and making sure our marketing stays fresh.

Outside of work, she’s a horse whisperer, language enthusiast (she speaks German & French!), and all-around creative powerhouse. She might be the youngest on the team, but her energy, humor, and talent make her an essential part of Coco Operative.

(She made us promise to keep this bio short and sweet, so here it is—just like Mia: efficient, engaging, and full of personality!)
